Georgia's oldest, public Historically Black University is a smart, bold, proud institution with phenomenal stories, startling stats, and innovative programs. It’s brand platform needed to let that shine through. Suddenly, SSU became undeniably seriously impressive.
We built a digital experience to house SSU’s impressive stories, videos, and photos.
We developed an aggressive media campaign, including print and online advertising, radio, and billboards – all directing people to WeAre.SavannahState.edu.
And new television spots reintroduced Savannah State University to its hometown and beyond.
A new logo capitalizes on the University's impressive Savannah location, and a new tagline challenges viewers' assumptions. Savannah State needs to own orange in Georgia – boldly, authoritatively, and totally.
Impressive results? Already the University has seen a rather impressive response rate to its digital advertising. The television spots are the talk of the town, and alums are swelling with pride.
